Courts have consistently upheld this right. <br /><br />While statutes prohibiting interfering with police investigations of crimes or accidents - requiring that photographers remain a certain minimum distance from accidents and police investigations - are also routinely upheld, this is a limited restriction on the right. <br /><br />If Damon's description of the facts is accurate, I predict the charge against him will be dismissed.
