C2012-80 Communication (02/23/2012) from Prosecuting Attorney Shaylene Iseri-Carvalho, requesting Council approval to receive and expend up to $1 million from the County Asset Forfeiture Fund for the purpose of procurement of one (1) set of two (2) testicles, currently belonging and attached to Councilmember Tim Bynum for the purpose of public display to be followed by ritualistic removal and disposal. (Deferred to next election year)
